As you all know, our Buddha is magnificent and marvelous in the world. Our Buddha gave to us Dhamma so we worship to these Dhamma is same as worship to our Buddha.

“Worshipping the Buddha is a great meritorious deed”

I thinks that we need to keep our traditional Dhamma at this modern age so if you all don’t mind, please share more and more to each others. I also promise iDhamma is always FREE and will append some useful functions.

What is new in iDhamma1.1?

- Edited some existing prayers’s contents to read more clearly

- Added to “pa htan ar kyal” and “da ya na pa yate” as new prayers
- There are sound files for “pa yate gyi 11 thout” so you can listen with some basic function such as “play”,”pause”,”stop”,”repeat”
Note: If you want to listen without earphone, don’t set as “silent” mode. Must be “ring” mode. Yes it is a bit different with built-in iPod feature. (No Need 3G or WiFI) audio credit : http://naynaynaing.blogspot.com

- one more new feature is you can check latest Dhamma event from “News” section. Moreover, you can make sure this event location with Google Map. (Need 3G or WiFI)

Hello everyone, I would like to say thanks to you all first for download iDhamma. Honestly, I am really pleasure for it because iDhamma is list on Top 25 at first 2 days after release at app store. At this moment, the position is around Top 30 under reference category. According my promise, I wil try my best for iDhamma’s next version upgrade and let me update at below for what is new for content and feature:

1) Content

- I will edit old content to read with more nice layout.

- I will add ရြတ္ဖတ္ရျခင္း အက်ိဳး၊ ဓာရဏ ပရိတ္ေတာ္၊ ပ႒န္း အက်ယ္

2) Feature

- All sound file will be included for “Pa Yate” so that definitely will increase for application size as well. Although, I can use with streaming technology, it is depend on 3G or WIFI so that I am considering to use inside the application. I hope that the application size will be reached as 20 MB so I am not sure what will happen at apple review for version upgrade. If apple accept it, we can listen to each “Pa Yate”.

- I will add one more feature to read latest news for our religious event. I will take these news from at here: http://www.dhammadownload.com/dhammadownload-news.htm                                                 Yes, this feature will need 3G or WIFI to sync with server. I hope that this feature will useful for us also.

Actually, I have to do my office work also so that I will try to release this version upgrade around 15th March 2011. After that, I will continue for Android so I would like to apologize first because of some delay at this moment.

Once again, I would like to say thanks to everyone again. Please give me rating and feedback for my app. Of course it is my strength to continue whatever happen.

iDhamma is religious application for Burmese people. Normally most of Myanmar people worship to Buddha at everyday so this application will help to make worship anytime, anywhere. Most useful prayers are already inside this application so you can read moreover you can make it as favorite for daily use. Of course you can edit to your favorite list whatever you want. If you give me feedback and rating, I’d appreciate. And I’m really pleased with your suggestion/advice for my app. Don’t miss the chance to read our Dhamma without jailbreak in your iPhone. This app is working fine with iPhone 3G and 4 with iOS4. Why I created IDhamma?
Let me explain a bit why I created IDhamma. I always read Dhamma  book when I go to work by train or bus so now you may take a look at my Dhamma book at below.

Four years ago 24th FEB 2007, I had brought this book to Singapore. Normally I read it everyday so now like this happen.

When I changed the bag, I forgot Dhamma book  and then I am absent to worship on that day. The thought had crossed my mind to create mobile app esp for my iPhone so that no need to bring the book. Yes, after I done it on my iPhone, I want to share other people so I uploaded it to app store and then finally approved after 9 days review. If you don’t mind, please give me rating, feedback comment, rectify for misprint of content. - iTunes rating at here - You may give me any comment at this post.
